Digital Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1.1. Statement of Principle and Structural Compliance
Leesee recognizes the fundamental, and indeed imperative, importance of providing an inclusive, equitable, and accessible technological platform to all members of the community, regardless of their physical, sensory, cognitive, or neurological abilities. In accordance with the spirit of the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms (C.Q.L.R., c. C-12), which expressly and unequivocally prohibits any form of discrimination based on disability or the use of means to palliate a disability, our organization is committed to a systemic process of continuous improvement. This approach aims for substantial compliance with internationally recognized accessibility standards, namely the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), for both our core module and our functional extensions such as Leesee Services and Leesee Tools.
1.2. Technological Adaptation and Interoperability Measures
Our software engineering team deploys sustained and documented efforts to ensure the seamless interoperability of our application interfaces with the various assistive technologies available on the market (screen readers, dynamic magnification software, keyboard navigation devices, and braille interfaces). This iterative process requires complex architectural adjustments at the source code level, markup semantics, and user interface color contrast ratios to prevent digital exclusion.
1.3. Reporting Procedure and Remediation Protocol
Notwithstanding the scope of our compliance efforts, residual barriers may persist due to the heterogeneity and evolving nature of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and Web browsing environments. Any user identifying an accessibility barrier, a blocking ergonomic non-compliance, or a malfunction related to the use of assistive technology is strongly urged to notify our regulatory compliance department. Upon receipt of such a report via the encrypted support channels integrated into the platform, Leesee formally commits to conducting a comprehensive technical analysis within a reasonable timeframe to design, test, and deploy an appropriate patch within the software development cycle.
